Matched sample sets, including PBMCs, serum and cfDNA, are available on request.Tissue amount: Fresh tissue is typically provided at 0.1–1 g, with up to 5 g available depending on the indication. Cryopreserved tissue is provided as five tissue pieces (approximately 5 × 5 mm each) per cryovial.
Collection source: Fresh tumor tissue collected at clinical sites following surgical tumor resection.
Collection process: A continuously standardized workflow ensures high-quality and fully traceable sample collection. Samples are collected under informed consent, fully anonymized, and in accordance with IRB/EC-approved protocols. A representative tumor tissue sample is reviewed by our pathology team to confirm the diagnosis and provide relevant tumor-associated information. Serological testing is performed in-house using CE-approved assays.
Matched samples: Where available, matched PBMCs, serum and cfDNA can be provided.
Storage & shipping: Fresh tissue is shipped in transport medium using cold packs, while cryopreserved material is stored at −196 °C and shipped on dry ice or in a dry shipper. Delivery takes place within 24 hours in Central Europe.
Depending on the requested fresh & cryopreserved tissue and research requirements, the following donor information and sample characterization data can be provided:
Donor demographics: Age, gender, weight, height, BMI, ethnicity, smoking and alcohol consumption status, country of collection, and collection date and time.
Serology: Serological testing for Anti-HIV, Anti-HCV and HBsAg is performed in-house using CE-approved assays.
Clinical background: Disease state, medication, medical history/comorbidities, treatment history/status, and type of treatment.
Pathology data: Confirmed diagnosis/ICD-code, tissue/tumor origin, tumor type, tumor grading and TNM classification.
All data are provided in accordance with ethical approvals, informed consent, and applicable data protection regulations.

All samples are either anonymized left-over material from standard-of-care/routine diagnostics or have been prospectively collected. We confirm, that all samples have been obtained in compliance with the applicable legal and ethical requirements prevailing in the country of origin. The samples provided by us could be used for research and/or development and/or validation purposes.
