The request should include key project details, such as:

If samples are not available, tailored prospective DTCs can be explored.
Matched sample sets, including PBMCs, cfDNA and serum, are available on request.
Cell number: 1 million cells/vial (standard); customizable upon request.
Collection & processing: A standardized workflow ensures consistent quality and traceability throughout sample collection and processing. Samples are collected with informed consent, fully anonymized, and in accordance with IRB/EC-approved protocols. A representative tumor tissue sample is reviewed by our pathology team to confirm the diagnosis and provide relevant tumor-associated information. The remaining tissue is processed into single-cell suspensions and cryopreserved as DTCs. Serological testing is performed in-house using CE-approved assays.
Matched samples: Where available, PBMCs, cfDNA and serum can be provided. Benign tissue from various indications, including penile and testicular tissue, is also available. For selected CRC cases, patient-matched normal colon tissue can be provided.
Additional characterization: HLA typing, immunohistochemistry, molecular profiling/NGS, targeted mutational analysis, and FACS available upon request.
Storage & shipping: Stored in LN₂; shipped on dry ice or dry shipper within 24 hours in Central Europe.
Depending on the requested DTCs and research requirements, the following donor information and cellular biospecimen characterization data can be provided:
Donor demographics: Age, gender, weight, height, BMI, ethnicity, smoking and alcohol consumption status, country of collection, and collection date and time.
Serology: Serological testing for Anti-HIV, Anti-HCV and HBsAg is performed in-house using CE-approved assays.
Clinical background: Disease state, medication, medical history/comorbidities, treatment history and status, and type of treatment.
Pathology data: Confirmed diagnosis/ICD-code, tissue/tumor origin, tumor type, tumor grading and TNM classification.
All data are provided in accordance with ethical approvals, informed consent, and applicable data protection regulations.

All samples are either anonymized left-over material from standard-of-care/routine diagnostics or have been prospectively collected. We confirm, that all samples have been obtained in compliance with the applicable legal and ethical requirements prevailing in the country of origin. The samples provided by us can be used for research and/or development and/or validation purposes.
