Immune Cell Subtypes

Access high-quality immune cell subtypes:

  • CD56+ NK cells, CD19+ B cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, CD14+ Monocytes and Pan - T cells from healthy donors
  • Available via both positive and negative selection methods
  • Custom production from disease-state donors on request
  • IRB/EC-approved & fully consented sample collection in Germany

Request high-quality immune cell subtypes

Submit a request to inquire about available immune cell subtypes.

The request should include key project details, such as:

  • Donor health/disease status
  • Required cell type
  • Number of donors
  • Total number of cells/vials
  • Required donor characteristics (e.g. indications, HLA type, FACS)
  • Additional information (e.g. processing requirements)

Get in contact and schedule a meeting with our team to discuss the next steps.

Matched sample sets, including serum, plasma or other cell types, are available on request.

Cell number: 5 × 10⁶ or 10 × 10⁶ cells/vial.

Collection source: Whole blood or apheresis.

Hematology analysis: Quantification of total leukocytes, erythrocytes, platelets, differential white blood cell populations (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes), and calculated PBMC counts is performed using a Sysmex XN‑330.

Cell viability: High post‑thaw viability (>90%) for healthy donor PBMCs using standardized cryopreservation; disease‑state samples may show biological variability.

Anticoagulant: Sodium citrate 3,2%.

Cryopreservation: CryoStor CS10 or FCS.

Additional characterization: viability, HLA-typing, FCGR3A polymorphism, FACS analysis and additional laboratory parameters available upon request.

Storage & shipping: Stored in LN₂; shipped on dry ice or dry shipper within 24 hours in Central Europe.

Depending on the requested immune cells subtypes and study requirements, the following donor information and sample characterization data can be provided:

Donor demographics: Age, gender, weight, height, BMI, ethnicity, smoking and alcohol consumption status, country of collection, and collection date and time.

Serology: Serological testing for Anti-HIV, Anti-HCV and HBsAg is performed in-house using CE-approved assays.

Clinical background: Diagnosis and disease indication (ICD-code), concomitant medications, treatment and disease status, allergies, relevant comorbidities or additional diseases. Customization options to individual requirements.

All data are provided in accordance with ethical approvals, informed consent, and applicable data protection regulations.

Questions? We’ve got answers

What performance can I expect post‑thaw (viability and functionality)?

Our cryopreserved immune cells are processed using standardized workflows to support strong post‑thaw viability and reliable downstream performance; disease‑state material may show biological variability driven by indication and prior treatment.

Can I access repeat donors or matched PBMC lots for follow‑up studies?

Yes. Where available, immune cell can be supplied from the same donor across multiple aliquots or collections to support experimental reproducibility and longitudinal study designs. Pooled or matched donor sets may also be available depending on study requirements.

How are disease states defined and verified?

Disease‑state donors are clinically characterized through diagnoses confirmed by our partner physicians using validated diagnostic procedures, supported by medical history and relevant clinical parameters. Available donor metadata may include diagnosis (e.g., ICD‑10 code), treatment history, and disease‑specific clinical scores, depending on indication.

What formats, cell numbers, and customization options are available?

Immune cells are available in cryopreserved formats across a range of cell counts and aliquot sizes. Custom options - including donor criteria, disease indication, collection source (e.g. whole blood or apheresis), and metadata depth - may be supported upon request.

What compliance and ethics standards apply to our samples?

All samples are either anonymized left-over material from standard-of-care/routine diagnostics or have been prospectively collected or are part of a plasma donation. We confirm, that all samples have been obtained in compliance with the applicable legal and ethical requirements prevailing in the country of origin. The samples provided by us could be used for research and/or development and/or validation purposes.
