Cell number/bag size: ≥ 2.5 × 10⁹ to ≥20 × 10⁹ mononuclear cells per bag.
Collection & processing: Leukapheresis using the Spectra Optia™ apheresis system. Cryopreserved leukopaks are processed on the day of collection.
Hematology analysis: Quantification of total leukocytes, erythrocytes, platelets, differential white blood cell populations (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes) is performed using a Sysmex XN‑330.
Anticoagulant: Acid-citrate-dextrose solution A (ACD-A).
Additional characterization: viability, HLA-typing, FACS analysis, HLH analysis, mycoplasma testing and additional laboratory parameters available upon request.
Storage & shipping: Fresh leukopaks stored at 2–8 °C after collection and cryopreserved leukopaks at -150 °C in LN₂; shipped on dry ice or dry shipper within 24 hours in Central Europe.
Donor demographics: Age, gender, weight, height, BMI, ethnicity, smoking and alcohol consumption status, country of collection, and collection date and time.
Serology: Serological testing for Anti-HIV, Anti-HCV and HBsAg is performed in-house using CE-approved assays.
Immunogenetics: 6-digit resolution HLA Class I and Class II characterization (on demand).
Clinical background: Disease, medication, allergies (self-reported). Customization options to individual requirements.
All data are provided in accordance with ethical approvals, informed consent, and applicable data protection regulations.
