Request high-quality TMAs
Submit a request to inquire about pre-made or customized TMAs.
The request should include key project details, such as:
- For pre-made TMAs: Normal TMAs, Tumor TMAs, Inflammatory and autoimmune TMAs, Cardiovascular TMAs
- For customized TMAs: Number of cores/samples and Indication/diagnosis
- Requirement regulatory approval
- Additional information/services (e.g. specific project criteria, metadata)

Pre-made TMAs: Ready-to-use, high-quality FFPE tissue samples arranged in arrays for efficient and cost-effective high-throughput analysis. Available panels include Normal TMAs, Tumor TMAs, Inflammatory and autoimmune TMAs and Cardiovascular TMAs.
Customized TMAs: Selected FFPE tissue samples are combined into high-quality arrays tailored to specific research needs. Sample selection and array format are defined individually for each project.
FFPE sample quality: Standardized fixation and embedding protocols and strict quality control ensure optimal preservation of DNA, RNA and proteins. All samples are processed and stored under strict quality standards, and section quality and tissue integrity are assessed histologically.
Storage & shipping: Stored at room temperature; tracked shipping.
Depending on the requested TMAs and research requirements, the following donor information and sample characterization data can be provided:
Donor demographics: Gender, age.
Clinical background: Tissue type, organ, diagnosis, specification, case year.
Pathology data: Confirmed diagnosis/ICD-code, tissue/tumor origin, tumor type, tumor grading and TNM classification, if available/applicable.

All samples are either anonymized left-over material from standard-of-care/routine diagnostics or have been prospectively collected or are part of a plasma donation. We confirm, that all samples have been obtained in compliance with the applicable legal and ethical requirements prevailing in the country of origin. The samples provided by us could be used for research and/or development and/or validation purposes.
